Chronique d’Atelier #7: The woman behind the line

Some works speak to you. But sometimes, it’s the story of the painter that touches you the most.

In this special Workshop Chronicle “Who am I?”, I share with you a more intimate part of my journey. An inner journey of light, silence and color.

From that unforgettable morning when I was 9, in front of Hieronymus Bosch’s Garden of Delights,
to the creation of my Carnets Transhumances,
from the calligraphic gestures born on Reunion Island to the incandescent red of my Spanish roots… every stage of my life has nourished my painting.

My painting is a passage.
Between the empty and the full.
Between cultures, emotions, times.
Calligraphy as a link. A line as shelter. A refuge for the soul

See you soon for a new visual dialogue.
